1. How can I find the number in a ring?

If you wish to buy a ring that isn’t adjustable, you need to know your specific ring size. The more reliable way is to visit a jewelry store and have it measured with a ring mandrel. Otherwise, you can click on the “Sizing Chart” link that you can find on the pages of the rings that come in sizes and follow the instructions.

2.Return policy

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your original order. The sole requirement for us to accept the return is that the product

 is in its original condition (not worn). Your package includes a returns note that you have to fill out and send us back with the item you want to return.

All returns must be addressed to VA LA SI, Tymfristou 58, PC 15234, Halandri, Greece.

3. Shipping methods

On all orders within Greece we use SPEEDEX, whereas international orders within European Union are carried through with ELTA (Greek Postal Service).

We provide a tracking number on both shipping methods.
